For 20 years, I have been researching and practicing posture, breath, intuition, stress, and self-presence.
I offer individual and group support, using a method that connects body, emotion, and cognition.

I support students, professionals, teams, and individuals to break free from the spiral of anxiety or emotional overload, to find calm, clarity, and connection with themselves and others.
My specialty: Activating the vagus nerve through breathing to access a state of inner safety (ventral vagal system), where you can act with presence rather than react under tension.

Stress specialist: I help my clients overcome anxiety, rumination, or freeze states through better understanding of their physiology and practical tools like active breathing, grounding, and visualization.
